my mum bought me a massive bag of crisps for digging up loads of bamboo roots on saturday and I ate the lot in 1 go !!!

what a day.

hows the streaming going ? does it annoy you when streamers get very popular for seemingly no specific reason , I am your number 1 fan.

nice pinching also.

Congratz on the bamboo roots. I got a Bamboo Root PB last year in the summer and might I say it was an extremely difficult challenge.
Little bamboo shoots barely 6 feet high and roots than went all the way down the garden to the neighbours. I was very impressed with their tunneling skills I won't lie.

Because I have quite poorly health just now, streaming has been on the back burner for a little bit. Just until recovery happens though.
I'm honestly quite happy for anyone who ends up with a good community doing something they love. I de-monetised my stream once I reached my big goal but I think it's nice that people can make a small living from hanging out on stream.
Thank you for you support Mr.Boar. You always gave me courage and make me aspire to one day attain some of that good Yorkshire Grit.

RETURN OF THE SQUAT
First day back after a few months of absence.
1 set of 5 reps with 120kg

BENCH
3 sets of 5 reps with 105kg
1 set of 4 reps with 105kg.

SEATED DUMBELL PRESS.
1 set of 3 reps with 32kg dumbbells (so f**king close to 4 reps)

PREACHER CURL
1 set of 16 reps with 10kg on bar
2 sets of 9 reps with 10kg on bar

SIDE RAISES
2 sets of 10 reps with 6kg dumbbells

FACE PULLS
3 sets of 10 reps with 13.6kg

WIDE GRIP PULLDOWN
3 sets of 10 reps with 59kg
This is different than last week as I had a very different bar and grip. Worked great though!

Not bad. Only felt weak towards the 3rd hour. I seem to be making shoulder strength gains on 1 set per week. This is very cool considering I eat mostly chocolate and crisps.

What do you do when your bench progress begins to slow?
Do you continue to grind out the sessions trying to get a rep or two more than the session before?
